Software Engineer (Java React)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join an international technology team and work on modern, scalable software solutions.

The role combines strong frontend and backend development with modern cloud, DevOps and AI-supported engineering practices. You will be involved in designing and implementing enterprise applications, online portals and scalable system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Developing modern applications using React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework and Kotlin
• Working with Microfrontend architectures and modern frontend technologies
• Designing and implementing REST APIs and Kafka-based integrations
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as ArgoCD and OpenShift
• Working with containerized environments and modern infrastructure
• Taking ownership of the software development lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and maintenance
• Developing unit and automated tests using Gauge, Cucumber, Gherkin and Playwright
• Designing scalable and reliable enterprise architectures
• Working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with international teams
• Using AI-supported development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar solutions
• Identifying opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to improve software development processes, products and engineering workflows
• Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot/Spring and/or Kotlin
• Experience with Microfrontend development
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, containers and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with Kafka and REST
• Practical experience with automated testing, preferably Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin or Gauge
• Understanding of enterprise architectures and scalable software solutions
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience using AI/GenAI solutions in software engineering
• Familiarity with AI productivity and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience driving AI-based innovation and process optimization
