Software Engineer, Senior (C# .Netcore)

This Senior Software Engineer role is part of a collaborative team driving innovation in the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform. The position focuses on enhancing and maintaining the application framework across front-end, back-end, and deployment layers to ensure efficiency and scalability. You’ll contribute to research and development, partner with global colleagues, and help integrate AI-assisted development practices. Ultimately, the role supports delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals and foster product growth. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Developing and enhancing framework components across back-end, front-end, and cloud-based services to support the CPQ platform Delivering high-quality, maintainable code while following established coding standards and development practices Collaborating with engineering teams and technical stakeholders across global locations to design, review, and implement solutions Troubleshooting production issues, supporting customer-facing incidents, and participating in resolution efforts for high-priority problems Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and software delivery processes Reviewing technical approaches and providing guidance to peers on implementation and code quality decisions Mentoring associate and mid-level engineers while sharing technical knowledge and development best practices Basic Qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in software development Experience developing applications using C# and .NET Core technology Experience building and consuming APIs and web services Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-based application development concepts Experience with SQL and relational database development Experience collaborating within distributed or globally aligned software development teams Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and participate in technical design and code review discussions Experience using AI-assisted development tools and applying them within the software development lifecycle Preferred Qualifications: Experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar front-end frameworks and libraries Experience working with AWS services and AWS-based application environments Experience with Azure cloud technologies Experience using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices Experience with OpenSearch technologies Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce software domains Experience supporting technical mentoring and knowledge sharing within engineering teams
