About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced .NET Software Engineer to join its core engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and scaling of highly available software systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on greenfield projects, build new systems from the ground up, and contribute to technical decisions that shape the platform’s architecture and long-term development.

Working closely with the founders and senior engineers, the successful candidate will help establish engineering practices while applying modern .NET technologies and cloud-native tools. The position is suited to a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working collaboratively in Agile teams, and contributing in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale highly available software systems using modern .NET technologies.
• Build greenfield applications and contribute to the development of new platform capabilities.
• Develop software solutions using C#, .NET 9, and ASP.NET Core.
• Work with Blazor, GraphQL, and modern frontend technologies to support application development.
• Contribute to cloud-based development and deployment using platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes to support containerized application development and deployment.
• Work with React, Angular, and TypeScript where required for application and user interface development.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers to shape system architecture, technical tooling, and engineering standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes and work collaboratively with the engineering team to deliver software solutions.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve system reliability.
• Contribute to technical decisions and engineering practices that support the development and scaling of the platform.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working as a .NET Software Engineer.
• Experience with C#, .NET 9, and ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with the broader technology stack, including Blazor, GraphQL, Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate with founders, senior engineers, and other technical team members on architecture and software development.
