Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in backend development using .NET, TypeScript, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating cloud-native backend services.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs following an API-first approach.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, service orchestration, and distributed systems patterns.
• Experience developing business logic, domain services, and event-driven solutions.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, data services, and AI-powered solutions.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of containerization, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices.
• Knowledge of secrets management, secure configuration, and application security best practices.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, production support, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing automated unit, integration, contract, regression, and performance tests.
• Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative software development practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools, engineering copilots, or coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native backend services, APIs, and integration capabilities.
• Implement business logic, domain services, orchestration workflows, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, data services, and AI-powered solutions.
• Leverage AI coding agents, engineering copilots, and productivity tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Design and execute automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, contract, regression, and performance testing.
• Contribute to the definition of API standards, reusable patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes.
• Ensure production readiness through monitoring, observability, and incident management practices.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and incidents in production environments.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and technically executable.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Promote software engineering excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Reduce cross-team dependencies through strong service contracts, well-defined interfaces, and self-service platform patterns.
