Wir besetzen aktuell die Rolle als Software Engineer (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung unserer lokalen Teams in Haan für die Softwareentwicklung unserer Brachytherapie-Produkte. Mit Ihrer Expertise entwickeln Sie Softwarelösungen für innovative Medizinprodukte, die weltweit den klinischen Alltag unterstützen und die Gesundheitsversorgung verbessern. Sie begleiten den gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess, bringen neue Ideen und KI-gestützte Ansätze in unsere Entwicklungsprozesse ein und arbeiten eng mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen, um Technologien mit echtem Mehrwert für Patientinnen und Patienten zu schaffen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie begleiten die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und Optimierung unserer Softwarelösungen für unsere medizintechnischen Produkte und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Gesundheitsversorgung von Patient*innen weltweit.
- Sie arbeiten an der nächsten Generation innovativer Medizinprodukte mit und bringen Ihre Ideen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung neuer Softwarelösungen ein.
- Sie analysieren fachliche und technische Anforderungen, bewerten unterschiedliche Lösungsansätze und entwickeln gemeinsam im Team zukunftsweisende Softwarekonzepte.
- Sie erstellen und pflegen die entwicklungsbegleitende Dokumentation und sorgen für die Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts- und Regulierungsstandards.
- Sie treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse voran und tragen dazu bei, Effizienz, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit nachhaltig zu stärken.
- Sie wirken an der Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Künstlicher Intelligenz in der Softwareentwicklung mit und gestalten die Nutzung innovativer Technologien.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Bioinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung.
- Sie haben bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwarearchitektur und Softwareentwicklung innerhalb eines regulierten Umfelds, idealerweise im Bereich der Medizintechnik.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit modernen Entwicklungstechnologien und -werkzeugen, insbesondere in Git, C#, C++ oder vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen, Werkzeugen wie Azure DevOps oder Jira sowie Benutzeroberflächentechnologien wie MFC, HTML5, JavaScript und CSS.
- Sie begeistern sich für den Einsatz moderner KI-Technologien in der Softwareentwicklung und bringen idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von KI-gestützten Entwicklungswerkzeugen und Automatisierungslösungen mit.
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagementsysteme und verstehen die Bedeutung qualitätsorientierter Entwicklungsprozesse.
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit und Motivation, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu dokumentieren und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und arbeiten gerne in interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, dabei kommunizieren Sie souverän in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
