Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Workflow Annotator — Software Engineering to work on a contract basis. The role involves annotating workflows to support software development and engineering processes. Candidates will evaluate and label data to improve AI model performance in workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate software engineering workflows to ensure accurate data labeling for AI model training.

• Review and validate workflow steps to identify inconsistencies or errors in process documentation.

• Collaborate with software engineers to refine workflow annotations based on feedback.

• Maintain detailed records of annotated workflows for reference and future improvements.

• Ensure compliance with annotation guidelines and quality standards for AI training data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with data annotation, labeling, or similar roles in software engineering contexts.

• Familiarity with workflow diagrams, process documentation, or software development lifecycles.

• Attention to detail to identify discrepancies in workflow steps or annotations.

• Ability to follow structured guidelines for consistent data labeling.

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software workflows.

• Proficiency in tools for workflow visualization or documentation (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).

• Strong written communication skills to document annotations and provide feedback.

• Prior experience in software engineering, QA, or related technical fields is preferred.
