What You'll Be Doing As a Team Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation. You'll: Lead a talented engineering team, helping them grow their skills and careers. Drive the delivery of critical products and features that serve millions of customers. Partner with Product Owners, Analysts, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Champion engineering excellence through modern development practices and continuous improvement. Create an environment where collaboration, innovation, and ownership thrive. Influence technical decisions that shape the future of Mukuru's Financial Services platform. What You Bring You're someone who enjoys building both software and people. Your Experience Proven experience leading software engineering teams Strong PHP development expertise Experience with Symfony or similar frameworks Deep understanding of microservices and scalable architecture Exposure to Domain-Driven Design principles Agile delivery experience within cross-functional teams Strong Git/GitHub/GitLab knowledge Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A natural ability to mentor, coach, and inspire engineers The Kind of Leader We're Looking For You don't just deliver projects.
