岗位描述: 本岗位专注于视频/音频质量领域的测试工作，负责从零到一搭建测试平台、调研测试方法，设计系统化的测试方案，并对测试结果进行分析与报告。岗位需要与研发团队紧密协作，通过文档管理、团队协作与遵循质量标准，持续支撑产品质量的提升。 岗位职责: •测试平台搭建: 根据 video/audio quality 测试需求，设计并搭建专项测试环境与基础设施，确保测试平台的稳定性与可复用性。 •测试方法调研: 持续追踪业界主流的音视频质量评测方法（如 MOS、PESQ、VMAF 等），评估其适用性并提出落地建议，使用预定义指标和评估框架对产品质量进行系统性测试。 •测试步骤设计: 针对不同测试场景（如网络抖动、丢包、带宽限制等）制定详细的测试用例与执行步骤，按照规范编写并验证测试方案，并将结果文档化供团队评审。 •测试报告分析: 汇总测试数据，记录质量表现并使用标准诊断工具识别基础性能问题，输出可读性强的测试报告，辅助研发定位和解决质量问题。 •跨团队协作: 参与代码评审及技术讨论，提供基础实现层面的反馈；在团队会议中使用标准报告模板分享测试进展与技术发现。 任职要求: •本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子工程或相关专业，1–3 年软件测试或音视频质量测试相关经验 •了解音视频编解码基础知识（如 H.264/H.265、Opus、AAC 等），具备 video/audio quality 测试意识 •掌握常见的数据预处理与质量评估技术，能够按规范对测试数据进行整理与分析 •熟悉标准测试评估指标与测试执行流程，能够量化衡量测试对象的质量表现 •具备基础脚本或编程能力（Python/Shell），能够编写自动化测试脚本或工具 •良好的沟通与文档撰写能力，能够清晰输出测试报告与技术文档 加分项: •有 WebRTC、RTP/RTCP 等实时通信协议相关测试经验 •熟悉 VMAF、PESQ、POLQA 等客观音视频质量评测工具 •有 Wireshark、FFmpeg、GStreamer 等音视频调试工具的使用经验 •具备测试平台或测试框架搭建经验（如 Jenkins CI/CD 集成、自动化测试系统） •具备机器学习或数据统计基础，能够运用统计分析方法辅助质量问题的深入挖掘 •积极主动，具备良好的自我驱动能力，乐于在快节奏环境中持续学习新技术 ​ Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
