Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Tester role is a full-time, remote position responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of software products. In this role, the tester will design and execute test cases, perform manual and automated testing, document defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Daily tasks include reviewing requirements and specifications, validating new features, regression testing existing functionality, and tracking test results in designated tools. The tester will also participate in team meetings, contribute to test planning and process improvements, and help maintain clear and accurate testing documentation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Test Execution skills.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and defect analysis.
- Experience with test case design, defect tracking tools, and documentation of test results.
- Familiarity with manual and/or automated testing practices and common software development lifecycles.
- Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
- Relevant technical education or certifications in software testing, computer science, or related fields are beneficial.
- Experience with scripting, test automation frameworks, or industry-standard QA tools is a plus.
