Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience: 0 - 1 year (Fluent English Communication Require)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive the growth of our AI-powered PTE Practice Software. The ideal candidate should have experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, conduct online product demonstrations, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Identify and connect with potential customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Product Demonstrations

• Conduct online software demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Explain product features, AI capabilities, and customer benefits effectively.
• Address client queries and objections confidently.

Sales & Business Development

• Close sales through WhatsApp, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.

Follow-ups & Customer Retention

• Perform timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Coordinate renewal discussions with existing customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Sales, SaaS, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling AI-based software or EdTech products.
• Knowledge of PTE or IELTS preparation products will be an added advantage.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
