Software Test Engineer Kronos UKG

A Software Test Engineer UKG Kronos is needed for our medical device global client to work on a UKG WFM implementation. As we continue our EU Payroll & Workforce Management (WFM) implementation, we are looking to bring in an additional 11-month contract resource to support functional and system testing and validation for our remaining countries in implementation, including Germany, Ireland, France, and Poland. The role is remote home office based in Ireland.

THE ROLE:

• We need candidates with strong UKG WFM functional and testing experience who can work alongside our internal HR Systems team and implementation partner.
• This would be a hands-on testing role focused on both test execution and strengthening the quality and completeness of our testing approach.
• Review, enhance, and execute test scripts.
• Perform functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing within UKG WFM.
• Validate platform functionality and user experience outcomes.
• Test core workforce management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, and pay rules.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong UKG Workforce Management experience, preferably UKG Pro WFM/UKG Dimensions.
• Proven experience supporting UKG implementation testing efforts.
• Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, approvals, and payroll integrations.
• Experience supporting multi-country deployments and testing activities.
• Workday integration experience is a plus.
• Relevant third level technical qualification
• Candidates must be home office remote in Ireland and have work authorisation
