Solicitor - Social Business

Are you ready to advise clients with confidence while playing a key role in governance matters? You will provide high‑quality, accurate advice to clients, managing matters from instruction through to resolution. You will advise social purpose organisations on legal structure, incorporations, governance reviews, and a wide range of associated work. Based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office, you will work within the Governance team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm on day‑to‑day work and wider projects. Key Responsibilities Take client instructions and provide clear, pragmatic advice Draft and manage documentation and client files Build and maintain strong client relationships Support supervision of paralegals and executives Contribute to cross‑team projects and business development Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong client care and communication skills Excellent organisation and time recording Commercial awareness and billing focus Ability to supervise and develop others Sound judgement and decision‑making Job Benefits Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
