We're looking for an Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture & Integration Engineering team , helping shape and evolve our integration landscape to ensure systems, applications, and data work together seamlessly. In this role, you'll contribute to building scalable, secure, and future-ready integrations that support our business processes and digital ecosystem across markets and functions. 🚀 What you'll do Contribute to the design and governance of application and system integrations across Lavazza's technology landscape Review integration solutions to ensure alignment with architectural standards, security requirements, and business objectives Support the definition and evolution of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and interoperability principles across platforms Maintain and enhance architectural documentation, technical standards, and integration guidelines Collaborate with internal teams, technology vendors, and system integrators to ensure the quality and consistency of delivered solutions Assess impacts, dependencies, and risks related to integration initiatives and technology changes Support the adoption of scalable and reusable integration approaches that enable future business and technology evolution Contribute to the continuous improvement of our enterprise architecture and integration capabilities 💡 Who we're looking for You may be a great fit if you have experience in one or more of the following areas: Application Architecture Integration Architecture Solution Design Systems Integration Enterprise Architecture Technical Analysis or IT Project Delivery You'll ideally bring: Experience working in complex application landscapes and integration environments Solid understanding of application architecture principles, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and system lifecycle management Background in software development, technical analysis, solution architecture, or project delivery Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners Knowledge of modern integration approaches and distributed architectures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluency in English and Italian ✨ Nice to have Exposure to cloud-based architectures, microservices, and API-led integration approaches Familiarity with AI solutions, Business Intelligence platforms, and data ecosystems Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies Knowledge of architecture frameworks and governance practices Project management or Agile delivery experience - ✨ In Return We Offer Comprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months Hybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working) Access to company facilities, such as restaurant service & corporate gym A fast paced and dynamic international context Salary And Benefits The role is classified at 2°, CCNL Industria Alimentare Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 45.000 Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2500 at target level for 2026 💬 What next?
