How you’ll help us make health happen Lead the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements Establish policies, principles and practices for the selection of solution architecture components Manage trade-offs and balance functional, service quality and systems management requirements Communicate proposed decisions to stakeholders using technical and non technical language Provide organisational leadership and guidelines to promote the development of specialist knowledge in the organisation Develop and drive adoption of and adherence to organisational policies, standards, guidelines and methods for system design Champion the importance and value of system design principles and the selection of appropriate systems design life cycle models Lead system design activities for strategic, large and complex systems development programmes Develop effective implementation strategies consistent with specified requirements, architectures and constraints of performance and feasibility Develop system design requiring the introduction of new technologies or new uses for existing technologies What you’ll bring Extensive experience in solution architecture, systems design or complex technology delivery in a healthcare environment Proven leadership of large or complex solution architectures, often spanning multiple projects or programmes Defining and governing end to end solution architectures for strategically significant initiatives Providing authoritative solution architecture guidance to delivery teams and senior stakeholders Experience leading feasibility assessments, architectural option analysis and business case input, influencing design and investment decisions Demonstrable equivalent professional experience gained through senior solution architecture roles Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
