Solution Consultant Compliance & Ethics

the role.

• You act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers evaluating Compliance & Ethics software, helping large, multinational organizations design effective programs on our SaaS platform.
• You lead technical and functional discovery to align stakeholder needs with product capabilities.
• You deliver high impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
• You partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove technical barriers to adoption.
• You respond to RFPs and security reviews with precision and clarity.
• You share field insights with Product to influence the roadmap, partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership, and ensure effective handoffs to implementation and customer success.

what you bring.

• You have 5+ years in a compliance and ethics related role, ideally within a corporate environment or a SaaS company.
• You have a deep understanding of ethics and compliance program challenges, priorities, and workflows.
• You are technically fluent: you can explain concepts like APIs and data integrations, and you are comfortable navigating software platforms and enterprise IT environments.
• You communicate and present with confidence, engaging stakeholders from compliance officers to technical evaluators.
• You are comfortable working cross functionally in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• You are fluent in German (Native/C2) and have strong English skills.
