You’ll partner directly with real-world companies to design the optimal implementation plan, address integration gaps, and ensure our AI delivers tangible value quickly. Check our website to see the state-of-the-art AI Workers you will be deploying to our customers. --- What You’ll Do Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.) Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps --- Who You Are You thrive where most people stall—between software and the real world You’re technical, but you don’t need perfect specs to take action You enjoy helping customers succeed, but don’t want to be stuck in support You think clearly under pressure and communicate simply—even about complex systems You want to build, fix, and own things end-to-end --- Skills We Value Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.) Experience with APIs, scripting, and system-to-system integration Strong writing and customer communication skills Bonus: exposure to logistics, AI workflows, or automation tooling Bonus: experience with TMS platforms or freight software --- Why It Matters Arnata’s AI Workers are deployed deep inside customer operations.
