The Role
As a Solution Engineer (Delivery), you take over once a deal is signed and turn the agreed solution into a working implementation. You lead onboarding, build the automated workflows, and make sure customers get real value from the platform from day one.
What you'll do

  • Own the technical implementation for new customers, translating the solution design from the sales stage into a working setup

  • Lead onboarding and integrate Tekst with the customer's systems using APIs and webhooks

  • Build and configure the automated workflows/solutions based on customer requirements

  • Train customers so their teams can use the platform effectively

  • Work with implementation partners where relevant to support delivery at scale

  • Act as a technical point of contact during delivery and feed learnings back to Engineering and Product

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS

  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript)

  • Structured and organized; comfortable running an implementation project end-to-end

  • Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and building a clear, automated solution

  • Clear communicator; able to train and support both technical and non-technical users
