Welcome to Infraspeak.
Our mission is simple: to transform facilities management with a collaborative platform that unifies every part of FM operations into one cohesive system — enabling every stakeholder to Work as One.
We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures end-to-end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets — with no silos, blind spots or overload.
Born in Porto, Portugal, we’re now a global company serving customers in 45+ countries and backed by top investors. But we’re just getting started.
We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy.
We believe that only great teams build great products — and that includes our customers.
We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination.
Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life — for our customers, our team, and the broader community.
What are we building?
We're looking for a Solutions Advisor to help enterprise customers make sense of complex operations and turn business challenges into practical, technology-driven solutions.
You'll work closely with customers to understand how their operations really work, identify what's getting in the way and show them how Infraspeak can help bring everything together. From diagnosing process gaps and disconnected systems to building solid business cases, you'll connect the dots between operational challenges, technical requirements and business value.
You'll also help customers understand the bigger picture — how different systems, applications and integrations can work together, what a successful transition looks like and how to make sure the solution delivers on its promises.
This role goes beyond presenting a product or ticking off technical requirements. It's about asking the right questions, challenging the status quo and helping customers make confident, well-informed decisions.
You'll work closely with our Sales, Account Management, Product and Delivery teams to make sure what we promise commercially lines up with what we deliver. In short, you'll bring business and technology together to help customers Work as One.
What will you do?
Understand the bigger picture. Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to map their workflows, identify process gaps and uncover data blind spots and disconnected systems.
Build business cases that hold up. Develop data-backed financial models, calculate return on investment (ROI), compare total cost of ownership (TCO) and demonstrate the business value of Infraspeak.
Connect the technical dots. Translate complex business and technical requirements into integrated solutions using Infraspeak's applications, open APIs and IoT integrations.
Make change easier. Help customers plan their transition to new systems, from data migration and deployment planning to reducing implementation friction and supporting user adoption.
Bring teams together. Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Delivery to keep commercial commitments and implementation plans aligned.
Challenge the status quo. Question existing processes, uncover opportunities for improvement and help customers rethink how their operations could work better.
Keep learning. Stay curious about facilities management, asset lifecycles, smart buildings, proptech and the technologies shaping the industry.
Take ownership. Be proactive, communicate clearly and help move complex projects forward.
Who are we looking for?
3–5+ years of relevant experience in solutions advisory, enterprise pre-sales, management consulting or strategic technical account architecture, ideally in an international B2B SaaS environment.
A strong understanding of facilities management, asset lifecycles, proptech, smart buildings and field service operations.
The ability to map complex business processes, identify operational inefficiencies and translate customer challenges into practical technical solutions.
Strong technical thinking, with the ability to understand enterprise system requirements and how applications, APIs and IoT integrations fit together.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You're comfortable working with different stakeholders, from operational teams to senior decision-makers.
Ability to build and deliver proofs-of-concept (POCs), pilots and complex demos to different audiences (in terms of responsibilities, seniority levels and executive power)
The confidence to challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions and explain complex topics in a clear, accessible way.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to connect business needs with technical possibilities.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams, keeping everyone aligned around the same goals.
Great organisational skills and the ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on attitude. You take ownership, look for solutions and don't wait for someone else to connect the dots.
Curiosity to keep learning, explore new technologies and find better ways to solve problems.
Excellent English communication skills (oral, written, presentation and interpersonal) and the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms (French is an advantage)
What do we offer?
Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture.
Competitive salary and perks.
Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto.
A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus).
A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them.
Regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.
At Infraspeak, everyone is equal, unique, and valued. We believe diversity makes us stronger — shaping our culture, our business, and the world around us for the better — and we're committed to ethical talent acquisition, grounded in respect, fairness, and equal opportunity.
