Role Overview As a Solutions Architect within our Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in defining technical strategies, designing architecture roadmaps, and implementing robust IT solutions. This position focuses on developing secure, scalable, and innovative systems that support the company’s growth and enhance customer experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Architecture, to deliver exceptional solutions in Cloud, Network, Automation, Software Orchestration, and Monitoring. What you'll do • Analyse business requirements and design scalable technical solutions. • Develop architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps aligned with company strategies. • Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems across hardware and software domains. • Ensure compliance with architectural governance processes. • Produce concise, practical technical documentation for architectural designs and operational procedures. • Provide technical guidance on system-related issues and continuous improvements. • Collaborate with procurement teams on accurate Bill of Materials (BoMs). • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools. • Adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining system scalability and security. What We Are Looking For Technical Skills • Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms, including OpenStack, AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Expertise in Kubernetes-centric architectures and containerized workloads. • Strong experience with networking technologies like Cisco (R&S and SD-WAN) and Palo Alto (firewalls). • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. • Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices. • Strong understanding of diverse IT domains (infrastructure, software development, network, security) to deliver effective solutions. Soft Skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments. • Adaptability and quick decision-making in fast-paced environments. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture and design, with a focus on cloud solutions. • Proven track record of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent working experience.
