About the Role As our Solutions Architect, you act as a senior advisor bridging customer business requirements and the Visualfabriq application. You guide customers in designing scalable solutions and ensure they fully leverage our platform to achieve measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include Advise customers on solutions design and configuration Guide customers during partner-led implementations Evaluate system design choices and solve complex challenges Translate business needs into scalable software solutions Act as Voice of the Customer towards Product teams Support documentation of Change Requests (CDRs) Coach Solutions Advisors and enable customers and partners Contribute to the Visualfabriq Knowledge Base Willing to travel occasionally Core activities Provide strategic advisory on solutions architecture Support customer decision-making and design trade-offs Facilitate alignment between customers, partners, and product teams Drive adoption of best practices and scalable approaches Support expansion of solutions across markets and modules Your Functional and Technical Toolbox - What You Bring Deep understanding of commercial processes (TPM, pricing, trade spend, forecasting) Strong knowledge of SaaS and system integrations Experience with TPM tools and ERP systems such as SAP Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Ability to translate business processes into system solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Qualifications & Experience Academic level of thinking and working Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in software, consultancy, or FMCG/CPG environments Experience with TPM / Sales Planning solutions Strong experience working with customers and/or partners Fluent in English What’s in It for You? - Visualfabriq Offers the Best A dynamic and innovative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaboration with a high-performance, values-driven team Hybrid working model Competitive compensation and benefits No agencies needed.
