Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect within our Managed Services team, you will design scalable Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions, lead customer workshops, and deliver technical leadership from pre-sales through project implementation. Collaborate closely with engineering teams while acting as a trusted advisor, blending hands-on technical input with strategic solution design in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, VMware
• MSP-based infrastructure solution design
• Strong networking fundamentals and customer consulting skills
• Technical documentation and presentation abilities

• Hyper-V, SonicWall, Meraki, Aruba, UniFi
• M365/Azure and P2V/V2V migrations; backup and DR solutions
• ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Huntress, IT Glue
