Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous!
Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains.
Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times.
To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies.
BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America.
Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.
The opportunity
You work on the most strategic accounts for the company and drive implemented revenue. On our largest global rollouts, ERP connectivity decides whether the go-live date holds. As a Solution Architect, you own the technical solution. You shape it with the customer's enterprise architects and IT leads, write the specification our engineers build from.
What you'll do
Shape the technical solution with the customer's architects and IT leads on large and complex accounts, and push until answers are specific enough to build on.
Turn requirements into a clear, implementable specification for our Integration Engineers.
Configure integrations on our platform where the standard covers it, and judge what belongs in the product where it does not.
Flag major development needs and blockers early, and bring a clear recommendation to the steering committee.
Support Project Managers on technical feasibility, effort and sequencing, through the first go-live.
What you bring
3+ years in solution design, technical consulting, enterprise integration or technical product work.
A solid grasp of ERP landscapes, interfaces and master data, and how data actually moves between systems.
Hands-on knowledge of several ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Abas), both from a functional and an integration perspective.
Experience writing specifications that engineers can build from without a translation layer.
Familiarity with common integration formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and transports (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP).
Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
Understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including the related finance and accounting workflows.
Experience leading the technical design on multi-ERP projects.
Hands-on experience with e-invoicing and EDI standards (e.g., XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, EDIFACT, Peppol).
Experience with middleware or iPaaS platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL to analyze and validate data across systems.
Why BLP
A fast-growing, global AI company: the ideal place to learn and accelerate your career.
Ownership of the technical design on our largest, most complex customer programs.
At least one month of onboarding at our Zurich headquarters.
