This role partners with regional Solutions Architects and Technical Operations teams to deliver standardized guidance, documentation, and repeatable solution patterns. The position focuses on supporting common initiatives, improving knowledge sharing, and assisting with project execution, allowing senior architects to focus on the most complex and strategic efforts. POSSIBILITIES Support global solution design activities by contributing to standardized architectures, technical documentation, and repeatable deployment models. Act as a technical sounding board for regional Solutions Architects, assisting with common troubleshooting patterns, implementation guidance, and best-practice alignment. Participate in cross-functional projects involving Support, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering, ensuring solution requirements are clearly documented and understood. Develop and maintain Academy knowledge resources, including playbooks, installation standards, and internal technical training material. Assist with operational improvement initiatives, identifying recurring challenges and helping implement scalable solutions across regions. Contribute to continuous learning and growth within the Solutions Architecture career path, progressively taking ownership of broader solution areas over time. WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE Experience in a technical support, implementation, systems engineering, or adjacent customer-facing technical role (required) Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in a global environment Familiarity with SaaS systems, networking fundamentals, and technical documentation practices Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving Ability to contribute effectively in a global team environment without requiring constant direction Growing technical breadth across hardware, software, and operational processes Documentation mindset — ability to turn repeated work into reusable guidance Curiosity and willingness to learn from senior architects and expand responsibility over time MORE ABOUT TOPTRACER Workplace We value fully engaged associates that come to work because they enjoy their work and the colleagues they have.
