About Glasslake

Glasslake is building the operating system for SAP delivery — the infrastructure layer underneath the most complex and expensive IT projects companies run. SAP implementations move billions of dollars and thousands of consultants, but the knowledge generated in these projects is never captured: it lives in people's heads, disappears when the project ends, and gets rebuilt from scratch on every new engagement.

Glasslake solves this with an agentic orchestration platform that coordinates every phase of SAP transformation, capturing decisions, tests, and context as a byproduct of work already underway — building an organizational memory that accumulates across projects instead of resetting.

We're a team based in San Francisco and São Paulo, moving fast and already deployed with some of the largest SAP integrators in the world, including delaware Consulting, KPMG, and NTT Data. The team comes from Stanford, Meta, Two Sigma, Microsoft, and NASA.

The Opportunity

Glasslake is hiring an SAP Pre-Sales Solution Architect to be the SAP voice in our sales conversations. You have spent years inside S/4HANA programs and you know their pain first-hand: the documents, the configuration write-ups, the test scripts, the gates that slip. Now you want to sell the software that removes that pain.

Your job is to make Glasslake credible in front of technical buyers — SI delivery leaders, solution architects, and CIO teams — by showing exactly where Glasslake fits into a real program and why it matters. You'll work alongside our Account Executives and bring what you hear in the field back to our product team.

What You'll Do

  • Run the technical side of the sale: lead discovery, customer presentations, and solution walkthroughs with SI and enterprise audiences.

  • Demo Luzid against real program scenarios: show how the platform supports fit-to-standard, configuration, documentation, and testing across the SAP Activate phases.

  • Own technical proposals: scope deployments, write solution overviews, and answer the technical sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.

  • Do light solution design: map a customer's program, landscape, and deployment model (RISE Private Cloud or Public Cloud) to how Luzid would be rolled out.

  • Be the credible SAP voice in the room: explain Luzid's value in the language of a technical audience, and handle hard questions on clean core, extensibility, integration, and testing.

  • Feed the product: bring structured feedback from customers and prospects on gaps, objections, and use cases to Product and Engineering.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in SAP, coming from a functional module background (any module except Basis).

  • Module Lead, Project Management, or Solution Architect experience on S/4HANA transformations.

  • You have run S/4HANA programs and know the pains: Activate gates, estimation, scope and change control, RAID, cutover, and hypercare.

  • Brownfield conversion experience to Private Cloud under RISE.

  • Deep understanding of fit-to-standard and design workshops: how they run, where they break, and what they produce.

  • Global SI background: Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, PwC, or similar.

  • Strong presence in front of customers: comfortable presenting, demoing, and handling objections with both technical and executive audiences.

  • Clear writer: able to turn a discovery call into a crisp proposal.

  • Based in the US.

  • Language: excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Greenfield experience on S/4HANA Public Cloud.

  • Prior pre-sales, solution engineering, or bid/RFP experience at an SI or software vendor.

  • Integration breadth across the enterprise landscape (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, CPI, BTP).

  • Exposure to ALM and test tooling (Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Signavio, Tricentis, Worksoft).

  • Industry depth in manufacturing, CPG, life sciences, retail, or logistics.

  • Hands-on exposure to AI tooling.

Why Join Glasslake Now

  • Sell something you wish you'd had: you've lived the problem Glasslake solves, and that's exactly what makes you credible.

  • Stay close to real programs: SI delivery teams, CIO conversations, and live deployments — without being tied to one project.

  • Your feedback shapes the product: what you hear in the field goes straight to the people building it.

  • Small team, direct line: you work with the founders and with customers, with no layers in between.

  • Early equity in a problem with an obvious buyer: every SI and every enterprise running a transformation already pays for this pain in people.
