Solutions Engineer

Job Title: Solutions Engineer Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: Professional English (written and verbal) Our client is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer with experience in technical pre-sales, enterprise software, and customer solution design to join their growing team. You will play a key role in supporting customers through complex platform evaluations and migrations by delivering technical demonstrations, designing implementation strategies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption. Your work will directly impact customer success, product adoption, and the long-term execution of their platform migration strategy. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers evaluating or migrating between enterprise compliance platforms. Lead technical discovery sessions, deliver customized product demonstrations, and build sandbox environments tailored to customer requirements. Design migration approaches that align with customer infrastructure, business objectives, and technical environments. Partner closely with Customer Success to support smooth platform migrations and accelerate customer adoption after implementation. Configure solutions and perform minor technical changes required for successful implementations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration guides, and customer-facing resources that support both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback, identifying migration challenges, and contributing to product roadmap discussions. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and executive stakeholders. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role. Strong technical expertise with the ability to demonstrate complex software products, explain configuration details, and address technical questions confidently. Experience managing technical relationships with enterprise customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle. Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and IT processes. Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes. Experience creating technical documentation, solution guides, and customer enablement materials. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare compliance, governance, risk, or security software solutions. Previous involvement in product migrations or enterprise platform transition projects. Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams. Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes and playbooks continue to evolve.
