About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work hands-on inside client organizations to scope, configure and launch AI-driven automation. Own the delivery from start to finish, act as the main technical contact for client stakeholders, and pass field learnings back to internal product and engineering colleagues.

What you'll do

- Join client teams from project kickoff through launch, owning both delivery and the relationship.

- Study how client work currently gets done and decide what to automate, what to repair first and what is blocked.

- Rework inefficient processes before automating them, turning business rules into agent actions, decision logic, exception handling and fallbacks.

- Configure and deploy AI agents against live client systems, writing glue code, scripts and quick prototypes where needed.

- Troubleshoot agents running in production and iterate rapidly to achieve measurable results.

- Build credibility with stakeholders from day-to-day users to senior sponsors, lead working sessions, challenge unrealistic scope and grow the account.

- Turn lessons from each project into shared templates and playbooks that speed up later work.

- Share recurring workflow findings with product and engineering colleagues.

What we're looking for

- At least 5 years building and launching AI or automation solutions in client-side environments.

- Hands-on experience with large language models, agent frameworks, prompt design and evaluation.

- Comfort working with APIs and putting agent-based systems into production.

- Ability to write integration code in Python, JavaScript and SQL.

- Experience owning a project end to end, from scoping to build and launch.

- Background in a startup or project-based consulting setting.

- Track record of growing client accounts and creating business impact.

- Experience in operationally complex industries such as manufacturing, logistics or consumer goods.

- Confident presence with clients and the ability to frame discussions in figures and business results.

- Willingness to travel often to client sites across the UK and EU, around 3 days per week during active projects.

Bonus points

- Familiarity with operational functions such as procurement, merchandising or supply planning.

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: EUR 110,000 to 200,000 per year
