What you´ll do Support Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) integration activities by validating vendor and info record master data, performing data quality checks, and assisting with supplier onboarding requests through Ariba Review and compare acquired company data against SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supplier information Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring timely documentation and visibility of project status and milestones. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities within integration and supplier management processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and update Power BI and Excel dashboards, transforming data into meaningful insights and reports for stakeholders Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, document minutes, and follow up on action items to support project governance Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills to support successful integration projects What makes you a good fit Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a college or university, studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field such as Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Management Knowledge of MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP, Basic to Intermediate MS Office, MS Excel VBA and Power BI are highly preferred Proficient in both spoken and written English communication skills Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research; ability to analyze and present data and collaborate effectively with other colleagues Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
