Junior Recruitment Specialist/Sourcer Send CV We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer in Portugal to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries. Location : Portugal Responsibilities : Actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments Create job descriptions for different positions Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives. Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments What we expect : A background in IT/tech recruitment/sourcing, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labour markets in Europe, the USA 1 + years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
