About the Role As Sourcing Manager at CLER, you will be the key link between our innovation-driven product teams and our supplier network. You will ensure that we source the right components, materials, and manufacturing partnerships to scale globally while meeting our high standards for sustainability, quality, and cost efficiency. What you will be doing Develop and execute CLER’s sourcing strategy for critical components and manufacturing partners. Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to secure reliable, cost-effective, and scalable supply. Build long-term partnerships with suppliers aligned with CLER’s sustainability and quality goals. Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Operations to ensure sourcing supports technical requirements and timelines. Monitor market trends, risks, and new opportunities in supply chains. Set up processes and tools for supplier evaluation, contracts, and performance tracking. Whom are we looking for 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with international suppliers. Experience in manufacturing industries, ideally within hardware, electronics or similar. Solid understanding of supply chain sustainability and risk management. A structured, analytical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
