Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, resourceful Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a remote, work-from-home basis. You will work closely with the search consultant to build and manage candidate pipelines across a range of mandates - from specialist and mid-level roles to senior leadership searches. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in executive search and talent advisory, with direct exposure to how search mandates are run end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates for active search mandates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and longlists for assigned roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and manage responses professionally and promptly
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements, capturing structured notes for the consultant
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our pipeline tracker
• Support candidate management through the search process - scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Mandarin where required by the mandate
• Flag market insights (talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor moves) back to the team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition role (in-house, RPO, or agency background all welcome)
• Proven hands-on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity a plus)
• Strong candidate management skills - organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple pipelines at once
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (candidates and clients across our mandates require both)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, WFH setup with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in talent, people, and the search/recruitment industry
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior exposure to executive search or retained search environments
• Experience using an ATS or CRM-style pipeline tracker
• Familiarity with sourcing beyond LinkedIn (GitHub, X/Twitter, niche job boards, referral networks)
