Sourcing Transformation Leader (project management)

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, enhance supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives and support the overall procurement process.

In this role, you will impact the company by optimizing supplier relationships, implementing best practices in procurement, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support Honeywell's business goals

• Deliver key transformation projects on time and within budget aligned to the business needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Align and demonstrate project updates for senior business leaders

MUST HAVE

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing roles and good communication for cross-functional alignment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency with procurement tools and technologies relevant to strategic sourcing.
• Extensive experience in Project Management
• English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
