Role Description The Spain Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Spain. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local operations, managing the e-commerce platform, and coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, marketing, academic delivery, and administration. The partner will conduct market outreach, build relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promote Lingua Learn’s language and soft-skills training offerings. Responsibilities also include recruiting and coordinating teaching staff from Lingua Learn’s global network, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality learner experiences. The franchise partner will actively adapt and implement Lingua Learn’s systems and processes to fit the Spanish market while maintaining brand standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and track performance.
• Candidates should possess capable Writing skills for local marketing content, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess Training experience or a background in education, coaching, or learning and development.
• Experience in franchising, business development, or entrepreneurship, ideally within education or e-learning, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the Spanish market and fluency in Spanish and English are strong advantages.
• Comfort with remote work, digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms is important.
• A track record of managing projects independently and driving commercial growth is preferred.
