Spanish-speaking Agent – Athens, Greece

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent for a leading multinational technology company, specializing in innovative household appliances. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls related to sales, after-sales, product inquiries, and delivery issues. This position blends customer service with technical support and sales aspects, requiring you to provide expert assistance and resolve a variety of customer concerns using a suite of internet-based applications and a virtual desktop environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service for sales, after-sales, product inquiries, and delivery-related questions.
• Perform technical troubleshooting for household appliances, utilizing video diagnostic tools (e.g., TechSee) to guide customers through solutions.
• Address after-sales and order-related inquiries, including missing parcels, warranty claims, refunds, replacements, and stock availability.
• Offer product recommendations and support customers with their purchase decisions.
• Accurately log all call details and resolutions in English within the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution for the customer.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent/native-level Spanish (C1+ proficiency) to effectively communicate with customers.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, demonstrating strong problem solving skills.
• Relatively advanced PC knowledge, comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, applications, and a virtual desktop interface (VDI).
• A strong affinity for technology and an eagerness to learn about innovative household appliances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
