In Fastweb+Vodafone stiamo cercando Spare Part Management Expert per il Team di NOC (Network Operations Center) - Converged Operations nella direzione Technology & Security.

Il tuo obiettivo è gestire e coordinare l'intera attività di Spare Part Management sull'intero perimetro Fastweb + Vodafone, garantendo l'integrazione sinergica dei processi, l'ottimizzazione delle scorte e dei contratti di riparazione, e l'implementazione di nuovi strumenti di gestione.

In un ambiente dinamico e in trasformazione, potrai:
• Analizzare e armonizzare i processi di gestione ricambi di due grandi realtà telco
• Guidare progetti di ottimizzazione logistica e approvvigionamento
• Implementare un nuovo tool proprietario di inventory management
• Contribuire attivamente alla riduzione dei costi e al miglioramento dell'efficienza operativa

DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO

In qualita’ di Spare Part Management Expert le tue attivita’ e responsabilita’ saranno le seguenti:

Gestione e Coordinamento Spare Part:

• Fungere da punto di riferimento dell'attività, definendo priorità, assegnando attività e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
• Rappresentare il punto di escalation per il team su tematiche operative, contrattuali e di processo

• Coordinare l'intera filiera di Spare Part Management (approvvigionamento, stoccaggio, distribuzione, riparazione)

• Monitorare e ottimizzare i livelli di scorta sui magazzini, garantendo il rispetto degli SLA di intervento

• Gestire i contratti di riparazione con i vendor, monitorando performance, costi e tempi di turnaround

Integrazione e Ottimizzazione Processi:

• Analizzare e mappare i processi di Spare Part Management di Fastweb e Vodafone
• Identificare sinergie, ottimizzazioni e opportunità di risparmio tra i due mondi
• Supportare l'armonizzazione contrattuale e la riorganizzazione dei fornitori logistici

Inventory Management e Tool Implementation:

• Guidare l'implementazione del nuovo tool proprietario di gestione scorte
• Affiancare i team System e i fornitori per l'inventariazione completa delle spare parts sui magazzini
• Garantire l'allineamento tra inventario fisico e dati a sistema, riducendo discrepancy e obsolescenze

Reporting e Governance:

• Analizzare KPI di performance (disponibilità scorte, tempi di riparazione, costi logistici) e produrre reportistica periodica
• Supportare la governance dei servizi di Spare Part in outsourcing
• Proporre iniziative di process improvement e misurare i benefici ottenuti

Principali Interlocutori:

•Team NMC, Field Operations e Logistica (Fastweb + Vodafone)
•System Team e Innovation (per implementazione tool)
•Vendor e fornitori di servizi di riparazione e logistica
• Service Manager, Contractors

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, delle Telecomunicazioni, Logistica o equivalente
• Esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni in ambito Spare Part Management, Logistics o Supply Chain (preferibilmente in settore telco)
• Esperienza pregressa di coordinamento di team o progetti, con capacità di gestire priorità e allocare risorse
• Solida conoscenza dei processi di approvvigionamento, gestione magazzino e contratti di riparazione
• Esperienza nella gestione di inventari e sistemi di tracciabilità (ERP, WMS o tool proprietari)
• Capacità di analisi contrattuale e comprensione di SLA e modelli di outsourcing
• Attitudine al project management e alla gestione del cambiamento organizzativo
• Mentalità orientata all'ottimizzazione, efficienza e miglioramento continuo
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2)
• Orientamento al risultato, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e attenzione al dettaglio
• Ottime capacità relazionali e di coordinamento con team interni ed esterni
• Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento in contesti di trasformazione aziendale

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

• Esperienza pregressa in progetti di integrazione post-merger o riorganizzazione di servizi operativi
• Conoscenza di processi ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Familiarità con tecnologie di automazione (scripting, API, orchestration tools)
• Esperienza in progetti di digital transformation o implementazione di nuovi sistemi gestionali
• Conoscenza di piattaforme di monitoring, ticketing e inventory (es. ServiceNow, Remedy, SAP)
• Certificazioni in Supply Chain Management, ITIL o Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Esperienza in ambienti telco o ISP
• Conoscenza dei processi di procurement e gestione gare

Retribuzione a partire da 33.000 euro annui lordi + PdR.

The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
