Job Description We are seeking a Senior Identity Management Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities Configure, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID in enterprise environments. Implement and maintain Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance capabilities. Integrate enterprise applications and services using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, and Active Directory authentication services. Implement and support hybrid identity integrations between Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including troubleshooting authentication and access issues. Develop and maintain automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and related scripting technologies. Support the integration and operation of Silverfort, including the implementation of authentication policies and Active Directory security controls. Perform other related activities and produce deliverables as required. Qualifications University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) certification, or an equivalent Identity and Access Management (IAM) certification; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or a comparable industry-recognized certification; A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years in identity and access management, software engineering, systems engineering, or a combination thereof; A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years implementing Microsoft Entra ID solutions in enterprise environments; A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years implementing Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, or Identity Governance capabilities; A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years integrating enterprise applications using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, or Active Directory authentication services; Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex authentication and authorization issues in hybrid environments combining Active Directory and cloud identity solutions; Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing, administering, and supporting Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments integrated with Active Directory; Demonstrated experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance; Demonstrated experience integrating applications and authentication services using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Kerberos, and Active Directory Integrated Authentication; Demonstrated experience developing identity automation solutions using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell, as well as diagnosing and resolving complex authentication, access control, and identity integration issues; Demonstrated experience administering enterprise identity security solutions, including Silverfort, certificate lifecycle management platforms, machine identities, service accounts, and certificate-based authentication within large public-sector organizations or highly regulated enterprise environments; The resource must be eligible to obtain the following security clearance: Secret (requires a minimum of ten (10) years of verifiable personal history); Excellent English communication skills.
