Special Projects Intern — Work Directly with the CEO

This is a rare seat. You'll work directly with the CEO of a YC-backed AI startup on a mix of high-impact projects — no hand-holding, no busy work. Blaze is building the future of fintech for immigrants and global workers. We're a small, fast-moving team and this intern will have real responsibility from day one. What you'll work on: \- Automating content creation pipelines using AI tools and code \- Running and scaling our UGC creator campaign \- Special projects directly assigned by the CEO — anything from growth experiments to product research to operational initiatives \- Building internal tools and scripts to make the team move faster Who we're looking for: \- Technical — you can write code, build automations, and figure out tools you've never used before \- Genuinely interested in AI and what's possible with it right now \- Creative and excited about content, social media, and creator culture \- The type of person who sees a problem and fixes it without being asked \- Hungry for a shot — this matters more to us than your resume This is an unpaid internship. The best-performing interns will be offered a full-time role. You will be in direct contact with the CEO and your work will ship. Based in San Francisco or remote.
