Purpose

Keep TP's account-based marketing platforms built to standard, documented, and verified so campaigns launch clean and the data behind them holds up in reporting. This role owns the operational integrity of Demandbase, the DB1 Sales rollout, and LinkedIn campaign operations — the systems that let marketing prove what it produced.

This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US and Canada and be eligible to work in the US and Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Demandbase Platform Operations

Build and QA audiences, segments, account lists, keyword intent sets, and journey stages to the documented standard, verifying each before launch.

Configure orchestration — trigger logic, suppression rules, exclusion states — so plays fire correctly against the right audiences.

Own campaign codes and intake: naming conventions, tracking parameters, and requests routed and logged.

Maintain platform documentation. Every build written down and kept current is a core deliverable of this role, not an afterthought.

Monitor configuration drift and correct it before it reaches a live campaign.

DB1 Sales Launch and Support

Stand up the sales-side pilot: user provisioning, guardrails, onboarding, and support for the pilot group.

Own credit-consumption guardrails and monitor usage so allotments last the pilot period.

Collect and document what works before any wider rollout to the sales organization.

Partner with SDR and BD leadership on adoption, training, and feedback loops.

LinkedIn Campaign Operations

Build and QA campaigns in Campaign Manager, including audience sync from Demandbase.

Maintain Insight Tag integrity across landing pages and thank-you pages.

Produce performance reporting from Campaign Manager and reconcile against invoiced spend.

Data Integrity and Reporting Support

Validate list pulls and audience loads against the account universe before activation.

Verify tag and tracking integrity across the landing-page estate in partnership with the web and marketing automation owners.

Supply platform-level engagement, intent, and coverage data into the reporting layer.

Not in Scope

ABM strategy, campaign creative, audience targeting decisions, and vertical program design sit with the ABM leads and integrated marketing. This role is execution and platform integrity.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on ABM or marketing operations platform experience, or a strong recent graduate with demonstrable platform exposure.

Hands-on build experience in Demandbase preferred. 6sense, Terminus, or HubSpot operations experience transfers directly and is fully acceptable.

Certified in marketing and sales platforms — Demandbase certification preferred; Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation certification a strong plus.

AI background — working knowledge of Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI, and a demonstrated habit of using them to move faster on operations work: list building, documentation, QA, and analysis.

Working knowledge of CRM data structures — Salesforce objects, campaign members, lead versus contact.

Fluency with UTM and campaign-code conventions and why they matter downstream.

A demonstrated documentation habit. Candidates should be able to produce a runbook or SOP they have written.

Detail orientation over speed. This role is judged on whether the build is correct, not how fast it shipped.

Fluency in English required.

Nice to Have

Basic reporting fluency — Salesforce reports and dashboard reading.

Intent-data familiarity and experience working with account tiering models.

Exposure to a B2B services or technology environment with a long sales cycle.

How We Screen

Candidates will be asked to name the specific objects they have built — audiences, segments, intent keyword sets, journey stages, suppression rules, orchestration triggers. Finalists will complete a short practical exercise: a small platform build, documented clearly enough that another person could repeat it.

What Success Looks Like in the First Six Months

First 30 Days

Demandbase environment audited — existing audiences, segments, intent keyword sets, and journey stages inventoried and current state documented.

Campaign-code and intake conventions written down, with a single logged request queue operating.

Insight Tag coverage verified across the active landing-page estate, with gaps listed and owners assigned.

By 90 Days

The documented build standard is in use for every new Demandbase object, with QA verified before launch rather than after.

DB1 Sales pilot is live for the initial user group — provisioning, guardrails, and onboarding complete.

Credit-consumption monitoring is running against a defined allotment threshold, with usage reported to the Director monthly.

LinkedIn campaigns are building and QAing on cadence, with Campaign Manager reporting reconciled to invoiced spend each month.

By Six Months

Demandbase builds are consistently documented, with a maintained library of runbooks another team member could execute from.

DB1 Sales adoption is tracked against the pilot group, with documented findings ready to support a wider rollout decision.

LinkedIn campaigns launch with verified tag integrity, and performance reporting reconciles to spend.

Campaign codes and intake follow a single convention, with no unlogged requests.

Platform issues are surfaced and corrected before they reach a live campaign rather than after.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing, North America Marketing.
