We are on the lookout for a Acquisition Systems and Capabilities Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Joining our Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network, empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage high-potential partners, enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth. What would you do Own and evolve competitive intelligence tools, data pipelines, and insight reporting to keep the team ahead of market and competitor gaps Drive adoption and continuous improvement of a mobile-first vendor sign-up tool designed to streamline the sales lead conversion process end-to-end Demonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing competitive and sales conversion data, conducting deep-dives to identify gaps or risks, and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders Build and enhance performance tracking and reporting, turning competitive insights into actionable recommendations that inform acquisition GTM and strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, regional leads) to align competitive intelligence and sales tools with global strategy and local market needs Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to new features that streamline the lead-to-conversion workflow and sharpen competitive positioning At least 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations or Process Improvement, with a preference for experience in international markets Strong expertise in data analysis and SQL, with a proven record of generating actionable insights to drive business decisions A proven ability to successfully implement sales/operational tools and collaborate effectively across product teams and various stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration Proactive and self-driven, with experience in delivering scalable solutions. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
