Job Description Summary:
Execute development and rollout of acute sales training resources and content aligning with adult learning principles and key performance indicators for acute sellers. Responsible for the implementation of sales process and customer service model for the acute sales team. Utilize knowledge and understanding of content to effectively facilitate all training programs, as necessary, for the acute organization. Ensures that consistent messaging via appropriate mediums is provided to the sales team in alignment with other acute support functions. Assist in content execution for all organizational training needs, including other sales roles and non-sales roles requiring sales training collaboration and support.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Develops content and resources aligned to the learning journey for all acute sales roles
Serve as the facilitator for acute sales programming including onboarding workshops & staff development
Manage training resources related to applications critical to daily workflows including SellingPoint, IntelliPoint, ReferencePoint and others required for seller success in the acute organization
Support delivery of training across broader organizational training teams as needed
Confirms accuracy and updates all training materials as changes are communicated
Analyze and evaluate training requirements to ensure objectives are met for sales performance improvement, providing insight to leadership for adjustments & change
Identify issues and opportunities for training enhancement and development based on feedback, training effectiveness and suggestions for change
Provides attendance, feedback summaries and enrollment records as needed to maintain accurate records
Consults with subject matter experts when new training programs need to be developed handing off content drafts, when appropriate, and completing reviews and assessments of new learning · Partners with trainers across the organization to ensure consistency across the all functional training teams and collaborative communication to the learners

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in training design, implementation, or facilitation, preferably within healthcare or life sciences
Minimum 1 year in sales role, preferably in infusion, healthcare or adjacent industry
A minimum of 1 year of experience with sales applications and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Epic) OR at least 1 year of experience at Option Care Health with internal applications and reporting tools
Basic Qualifications
Deep knowledge of health system sales processes and effective territory management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient presentation and design skills with strong content organization skills
Superior attention to detail ensuring accuracy in content
Passionate about helping others learn and develop professionally
Must be able to work autonomously while remaining focused on core initiatives
Advanced level skill in Microsoft applications
Must have dedicated home work space and consistent reliable internet access

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $51,988.71-$86,647.84Benefits:
