Whether through emails, apps, social media, or by supporting the team, your goal will be to optimize recurring revenue generation and customer satisfaction for the SPYPOINT and VOSKER brands. Responsibilities : You’ll create relationship-building and loyalty-focused content for our customers; You’ll update customer support content; You’ll contribute to UX copywriting; You’ll collaborate with the brand, Customer Advisory, product, and development teams on the creation and launch of new products; You assist the Customer Service team in creating support content and training agents; You provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams; You ensure the quality of communications sent to our customers; You generate reports and highlight key findings. You have a degree in marketing, combined with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications, UX copywriting, or any other relevant experience; You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (frequent contact with people outside Quebec).
