Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Position Summary: This position manages the in-kind Cruise Line program, including handling booking requests for wishes on behalf of chapter program staff. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, as well as the corporate partner, in developing and coordinating this in-kind partnership and program. Knowledge and Abilities: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures. Discretion with confidential and sensitive information. Duties & Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates the Cruise Line in-kind program in support of chapter wish requests. Advises and supports chapters on program utilization. Collaborates with Corporate Alliances team in securing, developing, and optimizing this in-kind resource for chapters, ensuring alignment with chapter needs, developing efficient processes and trainings, and communicating with stakeholders. Analyzes, tracks and reports on program utilization. Synthesizes and shares chapter feedback to improve program impact. Directly completes booking requests. Prepares and updates program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets. Performs other job duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel. 1-3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or other federated not-for-profit organization preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with Salesforce systems preferred.
