Join IAG's Technology & Operations division as a Specialist, Governance Enablement, where you'll help shape the future of data governance and technology risk across the enterprise. Working across IAG, you'll design and accelerate processes, controls, and AI-enabled solutions that make compliance simpler, smarter, and more effective. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide risk outcomes while leading governance requirements at scale.

What You’ll Do
Develop governance processes and supporting tooling for data governance, cloud and , AI adoption and technology ownership frameworks,
Continuously improve governance processes and tooling to drive efficiency and ease of use,
Develop training and guidance material and contribute to the knowledge repository
Schedule, convene and facilitate the running of key governance committees,, and
Review data requests to make sure our customer’s data remains safe and secure.
This is a permanent role and offer a flexible hybrid work model based near any of our major centres across Australia or New Zealand.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years’ experience in governance, risk, or adjacent roles, ideally within the financial services industry,
Deep understanding of relevant technology, data, and operational risk related regulation,
Deep understanding of technology, information security and data risk,
Strong outcome orientation,
Demonstrable ability to communicate with influence and simplify complex topics for a senior audience,
Good written communication skills, and
Tertiary qualifications in a technology discipline or relevant field (e.g., data, technology, or risk).
