Availability to work five days from the office. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent organizational skills with the initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks. Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and other human capital management software. Reliable remote work environment with access to a secure wireless network and strong cellular service (not Wi-Fi calling) for contingency support.
