In this role, you will handle logistics planning and execution tasks with full responsibility for delivering on promises both internally and externally. You will be part of a diverse team of professionals driving UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain to be a professional and efficient organization”. – Aleksandra Buraczyńska, Team Leader, Supply Chain What you will do Ensure perfect order fulfillment (order & delivery management) Determine product availability Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning Plan and execute deliveries Optimize payloads by taking safety considerations into account Secure logistics capacity from service providers based on agreed allocations as well as performance of logistics service provider and register non-conformance Work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting Act as a link between Order Management, Production Planning, Inhouse Sales Who you are You have a professional education and at least one year of relevant working experience in supply, production planning or logistics You have good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business, product, and service offering You are a dedicated team player with a ‘hands-on’ attitude You have a service-orientated mindset, and you enjoy solving complex tasks You are proactive and you are willing to adapt to changing situations You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
