If so, we're looking for a Specialist Payment Solutions to join our team on the journey to success! What You’ll do: Monitor daily payment transactions in the core banking system and take action when intervention is required. Monitor payment statuses and investigate potential issues with payment solution providers. Process and verify payment files through SWIFT, TARGET, BISERA and BORICA. Participate in settlement account reconciliation and payment-related operations. Handle payment returns, manual transactions and mass file imports. Review system logs and support the investigation of payment processing issues. Participate in the testing, implementation and optimization of payment processes. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to projects that make payment operations more efficient. Provide operational support and guidance to other teams.
