Verify policy information, coverage details, and claim eligibility. Investigate and validate claims, processing them efficiently in line with company policies. Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and adjusters to provide updates on claim status and resolution. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of claims for compliance and audit purposes. Identify potential fraudulent claims and support claim audits or investigations when required. Deliver high-quality customer service to claimants and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
