ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to perform the following duties along with all other duties as requested by the Director of Center Store Sales. It is the responsibility of each individual at AWG to provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sells and profits.
Responsible for carrying out re-set plans to meet the completion deadline.
Participates in the necessary analysis and planning to assure that the merchandising objective, priorities and profitability for members are met in a timely manner.
Interacts with lead supervisor and sales managers to assist in upgrading the existing store format.
Create merchandising layout among storeowners, Store Engineering and Member Services department.
Works with IT to generate shelf tags and signage.
Responsible for schematic compliance. Very physical position requiring lifting and moving of product to different locations for schematic compliance.
Responsible for the coordination of supervision of the vendors at the time of resets.
Follows through with the re-set schedule to accommodate construction phases of new stores and/or remodels.
Requires some overnight travel and travel to and from the various stores to be reset.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, be able to travel to all store reset locations and some overnight travel required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Degree or equivalent; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to create and manipulate schematic reset software.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to communicate to member owners, store managers and vendors the needs of the reset project.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver’s License.

This position resets shelves and moves store products to different locations within the store.
The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
