The Scientific Services Specialist expands Ansell’s Scientific Services portfolio across targeted Scientific accounts. Working with Business Development Managers (BDM) and Strategic Account Managers (SAM), the role advances adoption of Ansell Guardian®, Ansell Chemical Guardian®, Apex™, RightCycle™ and future digital solutions, including Guardian Connect. As a field-based extension of the commercial organization, the Specialist collaborates on onsite assessments, training, technical support and customer engagement programs while uncovering opportunities to strengthen safety, sustainability and operational performance. Success is measured through service adoption, account penetration, customer impact, opportunity generation and revenue influence. What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer? Green office concept and a global mission of sustainability. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85 000 USD per year. Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. What your role will be? Collaborate with commercial teams to execute Ansell Guardian assessments across Scientific accounts. Support service deployments, customer programs and post-assessment implementation activities. Deliver technical support and service engagements for service-targeted accounts. Partner with BDMs and SAMs to increase service penetration across service-targeted accounts. Identify service expansion opportunities and introduce relevant new offerings. Develop account service plans, re-engage priority accounts and support customer growth initiatives. Identify opportunities arising from Scientific Services engagements. Partner with Sales to advance service-generated leads into revenue-generating opportunities. Support Services-related onboarding and development of new field sales personnel. Deliver Ansell Guardian and Scientific Services training to internal teams and customers. Support adoption of Ansell Guardian Connect and future digital service platforms. Track service requests, digital engagements, leads and conversion activity. Use digital tools and analytics to increase customer engagement and service visibility. Maintain accurate services activity records in Salesforce and company systems. Track service penetration, engagement history, opportunities and customer outcomes. Maintain scorecards and dashboards, and deliver accurate monthly reporting on activity, outcomes and revenue influence. What will you bring to Ansell? Education Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Occupational Health, Environmental Health & Safety or a related field; equivalent experience considered. Job Experience 3+ years of customer-facing experience (customer service, success, inside sales, account management) in Scientific, Industrial, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Safety, Technical Services or a related industry. Knowledge and Skills Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills. Project management and cross-functional coordination experience. Ability to analyze data and communicate actionable insights. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce preferred. Preferred: Experience in contamination control, PPE, laboratory environments, cleanroom operations, EHS or life sciences. Experience conducting customer assessments, audits or consulting engagements. Knowledge of sustainability programs, recycling initiatives and value-based selling. Power BI, reporting or analytics experience.
