SPECTRAWAVE Business Development Manager Poland

Job Description


SpectraWAVE Business Development Manager Poland will be part of the new Devices Systems Sales (DSS) team in Europe and will be responsible for the development and execution of a newly created systems-focused sales business in Poland, with a specific area of attention on SpectraWAVE to prepare a successful launch of this very innovative technology.


The role will get the national responsibility of DSS products in Poland and will report to the EU IGT Devices System Sales Leader. This role is critical to accelerating IGTD’s shift toward integrated systems and software solutions, driving higher-value deals, and building strong commercial capabilities in complex solution selling, with primary focus in capital, rental and hybrid business models.


The role will focus on the execution of the strategy at local level by implementing a radical collaboration within IGT-D and IGT-S teams to reach our goals to increase our footprint as ONE-IGT.

Your role:


Strategy:

  • Implement the Devices Systems Sales strategy in Poland.
  • Assess polish market of AngioFFR and Imaging, especially by closely analysing OCT sector.
  • Identify a map of strategic accounts where to introduce first SpectraWAVE.
  • Manage KOLs needs and expectations, together with local Coronary team and ZBL.
  • Interface with the different functions and departments within IGT-D (Customer Service, Marketing, SaSu, Operations) and local IGT-S and Health Systems colleagues.
  • Increase IGT-D DSS presence by an accurate segmentation of the targeted accounts.

Business Development activity:

  • Develop new business generation for systems and capital-intensive solutions (eg IS family, IS Plus, Philips Laser System, LumiGuide and SpectraWAVE).
  • Drive high-value, complex deals, including multi-stakeholder engagements, in strong alignment with IGTD and IGTS Zone Business Leaders and Philips Zone Leadership.
  • Identify and unlock competitive displacement opportunities.
  • Ensure strong pipeline development & conversion discipline, leveraging standard tools (SFDC).
  • Partner with zone teams to activate priority accounts for IGTD and IGTS as well.

Financial & Performance Management:

  • Deliver against AOP targets (OIT and sales), with a focus on stretch growth.
  • Monitor performance through robust KPIs and forecasting accuracy.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or solution-based sales.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development and high-value commercial deals.
  • Experience with Capital equipment connected to disposables, software and/or integrated solutions preferred.
  • Commercial acumen (pricing, contracts, financial models).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with “builder” mentality.
  • High resilience and ability to enthusiastically bring a new set up at local level.
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration.
  • Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.


Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 146,730 – PLN 243,090.

We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
