Sports Events & Community Manager

Company Description LIFEFORM AI develops the next evolution in sports coaching technologies and brings it to a global audience seeking to learn new skills. LIFEFORM AI collaborates with healthcare professionals, researchers, and athletes to deliver guidance, training, and augmentation that help individuals maximize their potential. We are currently looking to scale our community outreach team with this new exciting role.

Role Description The Sports Events & Community Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sports and wellness events that showcase LIFEFORM AI’s products and technologies. This role involves managing end-to-end event logistics, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and stakeholders. The individual will build and nurture an engaged community of athletes, coaches, wellness professionals, and users through online and offline initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media engagement, and community programs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining event calendars, managing registrations and communications, tracking event performance, gathering feedback, and using insights to improve future activities. The role also requires representing LIFEFORM AI at virtual and in-person events, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to strategies that grow brand awareness and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing sports, fitness, or wellness events and handling logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Community management and engagement skills, such as building online communities, moderating discussions, organizing meetups, and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Marketing and communication skills, including basic digital marketing, social media management, content creation for events, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Relationship-building and partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with athletes, coaches, healthcare professionals, researchers, and technology partners.
• Organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a remote work environment.
• Comfort with technology and data, including familiarity with event management tools, collaboration platforms, and using analytics to measure event and community impact.
• Experience in sports, fitness, wellness, or health technology sectors is highly beneficial, along with an interest in AI-driven coaching and human performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
